Shahid has long been the #1 destination for drama in the MENA region. But when it came to football, even with the streaming rights to the Saudi Pro League, we weren’t seen as a player. That had to change.

We set out to move beyond being just a streaming platform—to become part of football culture itself. Enter Football Moves Us. We transformed the Shahid sonic into a football chant, launching with a film starring real fans. We followed with documentaries that went inside their homes to show how football truly moves them, and sparked a TikTok movement where people shared their own football-inspired moves.

The result? A campaign that didn’t just outperform Shahid’s biggest entertainment shows in driving subscriptions—it cemented Shahid’s place at the heart of football culture.
